Question by Mitch: Who was the celebrity on South Park’s 200th episode with the red face and long blonde hair?
They showed him about 8:15 into the episode. He was sitting next to Sylvester Stalone while Tom Cruise was talking to all the disgruntled celebrities.

It’s really bugging me too. I’m thinking it’s possible it was Malcolm McDowell. I feel like I should recognize him but I just can’t place him.
