Get a Helen of Troy curler, its meant for thick hair, since your hair is frizzy, get beyond the zone: split end mender serum. You use it after you shower, it works great!

They just find and use products that best suit their hair and rehydrate it when all the colours been taken out. i did the same thing and have found the Garnier fructise 1 minute mask is really really good. I’ve died and bleached my hair millions of times and its still as shiney and healthy as ever. Hope I helped
