1. Always see a proffesional when going blonder.
2. Remember you are going to have to do this ever 4 weeks or you will have roots.
3. I would personally just get blond blond highlights and not dye my whole head.
Wait until your in your 30s and HAVE to dye your hair ever month to stop the gray!

i would keep it a real dark blonde, but be careful, dark hair often turns orange or bronzish when you color it lighter so i would get it professionally done if i were you
