Okay So my parents wont take me to the salon cuz of the economy so they told me to just go tot rite aid and buy sum products. so i have dark brown hair i am white but im rele tan cuz im out in the sun so much and hav deep brown eyes. I want to go to blonde i realize id have to buy a bleaching kit and then dye it after that to get the right color. But what bleaching kit do you reccomend and what color will a bleaching kit make dark brown hair. and after that what would be the best hair dye to buy to take whatever the belach results are to a blonde.
