how does she get it kinda poofy like that but still like flat on top if that makes sense like my hair just usally falls flat like this but it’s thick though

-use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner
-put some volumizing cream in your hair
-dry your hair upside down
This will give you volume
Then go over everything but the roots with your straightener
