Who Won Celebrity Apprentice 2010?Bret Michaels is the Winner!

Have you missed the final episode of Celebrity Apprentice 2010 last night?Do you want to know who won the show? Both Bret Michaels and Holly Peete Robinson had proved themselves worthy of the title but in the end it was Michaels who won it. Many of us had wondered if Michael’s would even be able to attend the finale but were so glad he made it, it simply wouldn’t have been the same without him.

As many of you will know, during filming of the reality seriesand Bret Michaels had suffered a brain hemorrhage which he had struggled to make an amazing recovery from. Then on May 20 just as his recovery had seemed to be going so well he was struck down with a stroke, according to Fox News. He had also been hospitalized in April for an emergency appendectomy.

The last task had been to develop a new flavour of Snapple Iced Tea and I’m glad to say Michaels did seem to come out on top of this task, so nobody can say it was a sympathy win for him. When we then saw the live part of the finale last night, although seeming to have a slight limp, Michaels strong and vibrant personality shone through just as ever.

Although he had been advised not to travel to the finale by his doctors, Michaels said, “It’s been a rough go, but I’m glad I’m here.” Holly Robinson Peete was gracious in defeat even acknowledging that her own daughter had wanted Michaels to win. In a nice touch at the end it was announced that the 0,000 prize that Michaels won for a diabetes charity had been matched by Snapple Iced Tea, and so Peete’s charity for autism also gained 0,000.

Celebrity Gossip – Prognosis Is “not Great” for Rocker Bret Michaels

It’s said that Rocker Bret Michaels is still fighting for his life.

He’s in “big, big trouble, and the prognosis is not great,” Donald Trump told TMZ.com Monday. “He turns out to be an amazing competitor, and ultimately that is the thing that could save his life.”

The former Poison singer and standout competitor on this season’s edition of Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice” reality show, was rushed to the hospital Thursday night with an excruciating headache that turned out to be massive brain hemorrhage, his reps confirmed.

The 47-year-old remains in intensive care under 24-hour observation and will undergo further testing to locate the source of the bleeding, his tour manager wrote in the latest posting on his website BretMichaels.com.

“Please remember Bret is, and always has been, a fighter and survivor and is under the best medical care possible,” manager Janna Elias wrote.

On Sunday, Elias posted news that Michaels was suffering from slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness but the hope was that he’d make a full recovery.

She later deleted the description of his symptoms but promised an update from doctors soon. Reps have not revealed where the rocker is being treated.

Dad Wally Sychak told the Daily News Friday that his son had stabilized but wasn’t out of the woods.

“I’m certainly worried,” Sychak said. “It’s not a minor thing.”

Michaels appeared in a taped episode of “Celebrity Apprentice” on NBC Sunday night, and the show paid tribute to the ailing singer with a slow-motion video and voiceover that saying, “Everyone here at NBC wishes Bret Michaels a speedy recovery.”

In my opinion, Michaels is such a vibrant performer! It’s an unhappy news to know his condition as now. I’m praying for his survival. Godspeed Bret!
