I’m going to keep my hair longish (about 4in past the shoulder.)
How do I style bangs like that?
Would a syleist at Fantastic Sams be able to do that haircut?

Use hair spray to keep them in place. I think that it doesn’t matter where you get your hair cut, just who’s doing it. My stylist use to work at a Fantastic Sam’s and she is great!
