Use a strong product before blowdrying, then use hot rollers. Comb your hair through with your fingers after you take the rollers out. Use a light hairspray so it looks natural.

you couldnt really have the long bits at the side without a straightener, but you could get this kinda look

and got 2 be hairspray

comb your curly hair so its poofy, i found this tutorial on youtube

could just do that but pull chunks really tightly to keep it straight until its dry =]

I would bring that pic to the hair salon and ask the lady to do that, If you want to look even close to that, you cant do it by yourself. The style has so many layers though, and with the right number of layers, and right poofyness, may you could be in that ballpark

wash your hair with anti frizz shampoo then put heat serum, you should straigten your hair then youse a round bristle brush to pull back your bangs.
